We are writing to inform you that our status with Delta Dental insurance will be changing to an “out of network provider” starting on January 1, 2024. Our team of providers has been discussing this change with many patients over the past several months, and this email is to serve as a follow up to those conversations and as a notice to those whom we may not have had the chance to meet with in person. We are pleased to inform you that YOU CAN STILL USE ALL OF YOUR BENEFITS AT OUR PRACTICE, and we will continue to process and submit ALL your claims for any dental treatment we provide! In fact, we have full-time employees who are able to help you to verify that you have out of network coverage and make sure that you receive the most out of your insurance benefits!
As a non-participating dental practice, we are able to treat and secure direct reimbursement for patients covered by Delta Dental. Delta Dental will mail the reimbursement directly to you. We ask you to arrange for full payment (including choosing from our different payment options we have available, for larger cases) at the time of treatment.
Our decision to discontinue our participation as a contracted provider with Delta Dental was largely due to their changes in policies and the impact their restrictions have had on our ability to continue to provide high quality, state-of-the-art dental care. We strive to maintain a team of the best providers in the area, to use the best dental labs and materials on the market and to continue to invest in current technology that helps us provide you the best care possible. Going forward, we will have no restrictions in providing you with the highest quality dental treatment you deserve!
Again, despite this change in our participation status, you will continue to receive any benefits your insurance plan offers while at our office. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
